Die einzelnen Sonderzeichen in der bersicht.

In HTML werden alle Sonderzeichen mit einem Und-Zeichen (&) begonnen und enden mit einem Semikolon (;). Dabei gibt es zwei Sorten der Definition von Sonderzeichen: als Unicode-Zeichen und als Name-Zeichen. Dabei kann der Unicode-Wert wiederum als Dezimal- oder Hexwert angegeben werden. In der folgenden Tabelle werden diese aufgelistet:
